Keepit A/S is appointing a new internal sub-processor

Incident Report for Keepit

Resolved

Dear Customers,
we're writing to inform you of an update to your Data Processing Agreement. This update concerns only customers who entered into the agreement with Keepit A/S. Effective 1st of June, 2026 Keepit is adding Keepit Poland Sp. z o.o. to our sub-processors list. Keepit Poland is our wholly owned subsidiary based in the European Union. As we've scaled to serve over 20,000 companies globally, we faced a choice to either outsource part of our operations to third-party providers or to invest in our own EU subsidiary. We chose the latter. Keepit Poland isn't a third-party vendor, it's Keepit. Same ownership, same security certifications, same standards. Nothing changes regarding our data security or data residency commitments. You will continue to work with the same Keepit team, using the same secure platform. We’ve simply grown our internal resources. In accordance with our Data Processing Agreement, you have the right to object to this change. If you wish to do so, please contact us at dpo@keepit.com within the timeframe specified in your Data Processing Agreement with us. We've prepared an FAQ addressing questions that you might have about this change, which you can find on Keepit's website when you go to the Data Processing Agreement page. If you have specific concerns or would like to discuss this further, please contact our data protection team at dpo@keepit.com.
